Hi Rachox, you are right in it being a grey area but I think it isn’t as it isn’t really a “sickness”. Just a warning that it might become one.It looks like a grey area to me, see paragraph 3.2.1. Is prediabetes a ‘chronic sickness’?

I test every morning and before and after meals if eating something new. Currently on 20g/day of carbs but want to gradually increase the carbs once at target weight so will definitely be testing more when I do that.Just out of interest how often do you do a finger prick blood test if you are pre diabetic ?
