Veganism.

Marmite.... :yuck: Engevita yeast flakes (available in most supermarkets) are rich in B12 and can be sprinkled over most foods.

Don't forget you may need to supplement for K2 also as K2 is fat soluble and not available in vegetables.

And the body cannot convert K1 to K2 in any significant amount.

Yes, I'm doing that. :)

Although I am not even vegetarian I do find that people are surprised at the amount and variety of plant based foods I eat - I would not wish to eat toast for breakfast even if it did not contain so many carbs as it has so few nutrients.
In the warm weather I was eating large salads every day, walnuts coleslaw celery cucumber sweet pepper tomato beetroot radishes a bag of mixed salad with oil and vinegar dressing. I regularly make stirfries with sweet pepper courgette aubergine, the outer stems of celery mushrooms onion beansprouts - I have probably forgotten some things as I keep the fridges fairly well stocked.
If I could get enough nutrition from plants I'd be perfectly happy to do so most of the time, but I can't - and having done so many low calorie diets in the past I tend to go deathly pale and rather feeble as soon as my metabolism twigs that I am not eating enough, by its standards.
I think it must be good for me, and my husband benefits to some extent - when we went to a reunion everyone seemed so old, it was really weird. I am old enough to have a bus pass and I always know when there is a new driver on the route as they want to check that it is mine - I don't look old enough.
