Very Low Carb But Blood Sugars Won't Come Down From 11.4 Anyone Help

hi thanks for all your replies , im going to have to go and learn about carbs ,

what if i have a protein drink in the mornings ???

i dont have time in the mornings to make an omletter sausage ect , i need something kwik

Hi @sandysan its a steep learning curve, we have all bee there, it does get easier.
Some quick and easy breakfasts include a few nuts with sliced cheese and/or meat - really good if you want to eat on the way to work.
Milled flaxseed with full fat yogurt (this is what I have every workday as quick easy and filling - and doesnt raise my BG levels)
Occasionally I will mix the flaxseed with hot water to make a "hot cereal" and add a spoonful of nut butter.

Some forum members keep a portion of their evening meal and reheat it for breakfast/brunch
 
I love two boiled eggs in the morning. Put them on to cook then jump in the shower and ready when I’m out! Lovely with pre cooked bacon to dip.
