Two weeks ago I had a BMI of 40.3 at the doctor's. I can't remember my waist measurement but it wasn't very good!

I started on the LCHF diet last weekend and got on the scales today. Not a huge loss but my BMI is now down to 39.5 and I seem to have less of the 'apple' tum sticking out. Hubby concurs that my abdomen is definitely less!

I just has a cup of coffee with cream and now feel so full!

Awaiting my meter arriving (hopefully tomorrow) and then onwards and downwards! Going to ask the waist measurement when I go back for a further blood test in a couple of weeks.

In three months of easy low carbing I have totally changed shape. Less equator more waist.
Just about all my clothes are either too big all over or are sliding off my waist. I hope that during my now more frequent episodes of spring cleaning I am going to find a few bags of clothes I grew out of, because this time, the larger clothes are going in the bin - never again will I take advice to consume healthy carbs - they make me fat and they make me ill -

@catherinecherub - doesn't seem to work on iPad so will fire up the laptop

@Resurgam - most of my work clothes are a bigger size due to my 'apple' - will need to find somewhere that does alterations!
