Earth shattering! If we eat better and exercise more (although very little is mentioned of this in the article) there won't be the same obesity levels around the World. The article does hit the nail on the head though, you can educate people but not force them to do anything. An hour of physical exercise a day in school, from the day kids start to the day they leave. Educate them young and don't rely on the parents.
