Ok, you know those sort of summer parties where there's a bit of a buffet going on and everyone has to bring a contribution?

Well assuming all us low-carbing types are invited, what would you bring? Has to be something you've made or tried and could eat yourself.

I'd bring Whitby Jet and get her to bring some of delicious sounding recipes....

I'd probably bring a salad myself.

I`d bake a huge joint of gammon in the slow cooker for about 5 hours. It is delicious, and zero carbs!

Seeing you all bring the meat I will bring some fresh fish from Whitby for the BBQ and a bowl of creamy coleslaw and special Scotch eggs. I will ask my husband to carry the summerfruit trifle (made with REAL custard of course) and the gateau

Because I am newly diagnosed so not had chance to make any or experiment with any recipes, I will bring some chicken breasts cooked in garlic and then help you all to eat the party food, so you don't all get fat (a huge act of kindness and self sacrifice on my part)

Hummus and veggie sticks, apart from the puds I couldn't eat anything you lot are bringing - being veggie.

When is it anyway :D

Ok dawnmc I will pop over to Hawes for you and bring you some original Wensleydale cheese and do just for you my famous 'extreme salad' platter which includes my Mums homegrown butter lettuce (Yum its worth turning into a rabbit for this!)

Virtual party? :silent:

I'd have to bring my low fat, low sugar cake. Sorry, I know it's carby, but you can't have a party without cake. :D
