I have just sampled my home stewed christmas pudding vodka.....wow sooo nice. But now I find I have a bowl of vodka soaked raisins, currants and sultanas, with the spices and orange and lemon zest. So im wondering if anyone has any recipes that would help me use it up?

Is that the Hairy Bikers recipe? Mine was maturing whilst I got my diagnosis. Most of it is still in the decanter. It sort of acts as my personal 'Ground Zero'.
