Hey to you all. I'm in. Have to find out how to change my profile picture. Buy I'm in.

Clare, it will take me at least the same time to walk this distance. But it's about the journey. And for me a way to walk with more friends.

Wednesday I made a nice 16,5 kilometers as a training for tomorrow the 25 km. I'm lookingforward to it. The weatherforcast is okay as I can see. No rain at least.

Edit: Found out where to upload a profile pic!

If you put an @ before the name, they'll get an alert (green flag at the top right), @Banjer . ;)

And if you want to reply to part of the text you just select that part and a tiny reply button appears.

How are your feet after yesterdays walk? No blisters?

A02CFE77-DF19-4EA9-ACF7-1C25A2A1B68E.jpeg Well this Canadian has managed to escapee the great white North for the month of February. Usually I swim in the winter but the weather has been beautiful in London Uk

SAVE_20220212_164205.jpg We did it. 25 km became 26,7. We took a wrong way somewhere. We walked more than 6 hours, with some stops. But beautiful route, super day!
With permision to use the pic.IMG-20220212-WA0005.jpeg

Cumulative total: 1338.13km
Should reach Lothlorien this week by my reckoning
Good going on your total, that would be roughly the distance to Cairns from Bundaberg where I live, on the Queensland map

Just another 1000 klms to get to the top of the mainland at Bamaga.

It puts a bit of perspective on the distance's walked when you can compare them against real time places.

I like that perspective
I’m getting further distance due to cycling too so clearly further than walking alone

I can't imagine those distances in one country. The largest distance in the Netherlands is about 420/430 kilometers. Then you always reach borders.

My update from last week, due to stormy weather, only 7 km walked. Total 97 km made so far.
