Was Santa good to you?

Eisteddfod wellies!!

Okay, may sound weird to anyone who hasn't experienced the quagmire that is your typical Maes (that's the field to the rest of us!), but for the last three years, I've borrowed the crocs wellies that my then 8 year old nephew had grown out of. (I kinda liked the big frog eyes on the front.) I now have my own, grown up, posh wellies. Furry lining, neat, moulded sole, discretely polka dotted...- I'm serious impressed by these wellies. (No goggly eyes though.)
An antique marcasite necklace, a pinny with tiny little border terriers on it and a book on Persian cooking.

you do realise that now you've got your own, it's not going to be wet for years. :)

A pair of jeans and two polo shirts that FIT (32" waist)
A plectrum punch (like a large stapler, only it cuts out plectrum-shapes from plastic, thin metal and other materials to give different sounds)
A solar-powered sonic mole scarer for the allotment
And dear Mrs DeeJayR spent ages and loadsamoney in the health food shop getting a bucketful of goodies
Mr. Chris had one of those plectrum puches for a birthday pressie a couple of years ago. He used it on his old bus pass id (which he used...ooo at least once) when it ran out so so he's got a plectrum with a dodgy pic of him on it.:)

Got (and watched) my Laughing Len dvd. Brilliant show! Got the Steeleye Span Wintersmith dvd and also a copy of the book (a real, proper book - that's a novelty!) A nice warm waterproof coat. Some shower cream, soap, Bayliss & Harding bath soak/bath creme/body lotion. I've not got a complex - do my friends think I smell???? :grumpy: A box of Celebration chocs, some Elizabeth Shaw mint sticks (sorry batons) and some chocolate & ginger fudge. All from friends who know I'm diabetic and shouldn't eat them! :grumpy: :grumpy:Two scarves, one grey with owls on and one pink with birds on. A Covent Garden Soup book with recipes for each day of the year.
