So, I've been on the low carb diet for about two weeks now. I have a lot of weight to lose but I could feel and see some weight loss recently and so did my hb and mum. I could fit my dress on better. I've been doing a really good job sticking to the diet and my blood sugar levels great. On the weekend the weather jumped from 16 degrees to 32 degrees for 3 days. After these 3 days I looked disgusting and puffy and bigger again. Is the weather causing me to be big? Should I be worried? At least I ate well and still went for walks but I'm upset my body is flubbier again.
