Thought I might aim to get my BMI under 25 by half term - that gives me three more weeks to lose another 2.5kg.

A disappointing 120.30kgs this morning. Added 0.40kgs from monthlyBl##dy hormones! Too much potato too, maybe. Only high was last night as forgot insulin pre-food but took as soon as I remembered. Fbg was back to 5.2s phew! Need to do more low carbing from now on.

Good grief!! How on earth can it tell you all that??
Think I will get some. The ones I have allow me to lose half a stone by rocking back on my heels. Its nice to lose 7lbs by just moving a little bit but I fear not very accurate.
Morning all. Lost 1.1kg this week, very happy with that.
Off to visit my Dad and his wife for the first time since April this weekend - will see if they notice how much smaller I am!
Lost 1.1kg this week - that's 38kg off in total - (within a pound of breaking the 6 stone lost barrier!)
I've put on 0.75lbs. Not much I know but I've been struggling this week.
I ate something I really shouldn't have last night and I'm paying for it in elevated blood sugar (not silly high at 7.2 but higher than normal and/or recommended) and dreaded tiredness for no reason (other than the carbs).
Not especially happy with myself (mainly because of the effects rather than weight which is minimal, I know)
0.9Kg this week taking me down to 105.7Kg, not happy have noticed an invrease in portion size in line with increase in exercise, trade offs!
Hi @Prem51I'm down 0.8 of a pound to 148.2 lbs today. I seem to be sticking at around 150 lbs give or take a pound or two.
121.80kg this morning with water retention. So 0.10kgs or half a pound loss but IF I can get rid of water bed tummy I'll be lighter. Maybe next week! I'll stay optimistic, for now.
Still able to decrease insulin units due to hypos.
