I am 69 years old, type 1 diabetic patient. I have lost 5 kg weight in 3 months. Please help.

What concerns you? Were you overweight to start with or are you now below a sensible BMI? Normally we would suggest increasing fat and protein for weight gain without blood sugar increase. Let us know a bit more detail

I am 180 CM tall and was weighing 65.5 kgs. Now I am only 49.5 kgs.
