Although I wouldn't like to upset anyone,
I also don't agree with the "Calories in = Calories out" theory of weight loss. There's more evidence that it doesn't work like that, than ever there was that it does.

The most effective weight loss diets, restrict carbohydrates. Despite what you might read elsewhere, this is perfectly safe.
