Judging by the multiple different interpretations of what the 5/2 diet could be, I strongly suggest that the OP rings the doc back and asks what the heck they meant.
I very much agree with you Brunneria, it could mean a million different things, the 'eat normally' on 5 days?, what if normal is 5 cheeseburgers and a loaf of bread?
