I've been having a couple of these on my low carb 'diet' can anyone tell me if its nor a good idea I thought according to the nutritional info it wasn't too bad but friend tell me I am wrong.20230610_214433.jpg20230610_214428.jpg

There's no rules. It's up to you to find a way of eating that suits both your life and your bg.
At 8 g of carbs each they are not too bad. If you, for example are someone who finds your bg and weight is controlled by no more than 50 g carbs per day then if one fits so be it. If however you find that one makes you want more and that leads to 2 or or more sweet things creeping in then you may decide you don't want to eat them. Some people struggle that anything sweet, whether it has carbs or not (eg sweetners) just makes them crave more and more and slowly they find bg and weight rising.

So ask yourself
Am I happy with my bg, generally and especially after eating this?
Am I happy that i am controlling my weight?
Am I happy that these aren't triggering an insatiable sweet tooth?

If you are happy then continue, if not you decide what to do. You are the boss of you and your body, no one else is.

That's really a question for you. By weight it's 24% carb, 8.6g per item. I'm assuming you test before and after food?

I'd suggest answering a few questions yourself:

Does it raise your BGs in a way you find unacceptable?
Can you have "just one" or not?
Does the carb amount fit within your overall intake?

Personally, I wouldn't eat this - not just because of the carb content but also because it's a heavily processed food item. That's my decision - yours might be different.

That would definitely be a no for me even with one but as said before we’re all different. As I’m only on 20g carbs a day that would nearly be my total for the day! As KennyA said with it being processed I’d also be interested in the ingredient.
