Man coming round at 3 to put up some blinds on 4 windows (bedroom and bathroom) so I need to go in the house around 2.30

Still warm and sunny albeit cooler than yesterday

As well as burning my nips I also burnt my ears

As predicted, done little today. Oh dear, must do more tomorrow! A good walk methinks.
Him indoors drove us to a nice bar by the sea for lunch, and I had just ONE oyster. Expensive or what! Totally delicious - fresh best of the sea in one brief experience. A few prawns, mackerel pate, bread and salad to keep rumbling tum quiet too. Could wave from there Molly
Fish again for supper, Tesco’s finest tuna steaks from the reduced shelf, better for the purse. Must go and marinate before him indoors dries it out on the bbq. This is the life. Best not tell all the newts, tadpoles, frogs and squiggly things that’ve got back into the re-lined pond.

Am thinking a jacket potato with cheese ....something quick and easy for one....and can’t be bothered with too much cooking...

I love cheese-stuffed jacket potato! Reminds me of the cheesy mashed potato my mother used to make.
