My plans are to slob relentlessly sit out in the garden and have refreshments hot and cold and to sink a few ciders this evening

The only work I’m planning is to cook Sunday dinner

Problem I found with Black Panther (and no I'm not racist) with all the African dialects it's hard for me to pick up on what they are saying due to having a hearing problem and not being able to follow their speech patterns to lipread. I usually watch tv with subtitles but not many cinemas do that for you.

Saying that I was bored part way through but then I think I've had my fill of Marvel/Xmen/Dc universes so pretty much filled my quota. Now how to get out of going to see Infinity Wars
 
Afternoon all

I've done the chores so five minutes play before the wee ones join us for a few hours.

I didnt get much done yesterday as I spent lots of time doing my shopping etc. (Reminds me go feed the starving birds)

Roast chicken dinner today - although with it being this warm I wonder why.

I guess I should go see if I've won the lottery

Spending some time in the garden this afternoon weeding and planting.....then a relaxing cup of tea and a slice of the cake that @Clivethedrive baked yesterday.....chicken stir fry for dinner tonight and then a relaxing evening together in front of the tv...:)

...will be home alone tomorrow as @Clivethedrive has to work (yes, I know it is a Bank Holiday but coach trade doesn’t recognise them:().....

...on another note, started to make a list of all the things I am going to need to change my name on..... 36 so far and counting....:wideyed::rolleyes:....am sure there will be more to add to the list as time goes on and I remember more.....
 
I briefly thought about getting on my new exercise bike a minute ago and looked and the clock and thought,...................nope!

Now don't be a wimp, you said you were given it, it could be considered as rude not to use it. Just think how using it will help with you quest to lower your blood sugars.

@alf_Josiah that was yesterday. Done a few whirls today. I actually asked if anyone had one they didn't want on Everything for free in Oxfordshire and someone kind replied. I didn't know him so it couldn't be construed as rudeness.... he might message me though to see if it's being used.:hilarious::hilarious:

Hi all

Well it's sunny and hot, washing on the line, birds fed, and the plants that I still need to pot.

Suppose I should go food shopping with hubby. I guess the usual hoardes will be buying barbeque food to feed their ever increasing friends and family. Let's hope it leaves behind what food we need :meh:

I went out into the garden yesterday to bring the washing in and there was a competition between 3 of the neighbours to see who could play their music the loudest. Wonderful. And we're just at the start of the spring, what will summer bring?

I think I'll retire to the bedroom with pjs and a book and a couple of bottles of squash
