With Keto/LCHF diet i have managed to maintain my weight. But i hit a plateau and don't seem to lose more wait. Admittedly i don't work out that much and sit at my job all day.
I have already started a work out regime but i also want to try carnivore diet. Keto is expensive enough (for me) carnivore will probably be even more expensive. But i want to try it in for a month see how it works out.
I am looking for ideas on how to do it. What are your meal plans in a day? do you fast? as always i could just go through youtube/internet but i would love to know your opinions and experiences so it could help me too.How do you balance the fats/protein in your meals?
PS:By the way the carnivores here do you get you blood tested? how is it? How do you keep it healthy? you drink alot of water?
