I decided that perhaps I should investigate Vit K2, but it is more complicated than I thought. The main choice seems to be between MK-4 and Mk-7. What type do you take, if you don't mind saying, please?

I take Mk-7

Although i honestly can’t remember why! I did the reading on this over 2 years ago, so the details are fuzzy.

I do make sure I get my K2 from natural (natto) because that is considered to be the best.
Ironically, it is more expensive than the D3.

Have you read any of Mercola’s articles onvits D and K?
I read everything he says with a pinch of salt, because i) he is constantly churning out New Exciting Revelations, and ii) he is selling his own supplements, but he is a good springboard for refs and other sources.

Thanks @Brunneria. I didn't know the K2 was potassium. I do take one 1000iu D3 capsule and one 200ug K2 tablet daily.

Potassium is the mineral K
Which is diff from the vits K1, K2 and K3.
The only reason that vits are labelled alphabetically is (i understand) because of the order they were discovered. A first, B second, and so on.
