@Chris24Main , @KennyA , @lovinglife , @In Response - thank you all so much for your detailed responses. I think I understand it all a little better now. I previously tried the Libre sensor for a couple of weeks, but didn't probably get as much out of it as I could of done. I might try again (though appreciate I will now need to pay) to see if I can get a better handle on myself and the impact of what I do to my body in terms of food and alcohol.
