6.3 before 7.2 after 1.5 hours which is usually when I peak.Are you testing before and after eating it too?
I'll be very interested to hear if you are. Sadly, I don't get on too well with "ordinary" pasta.
will test again at 2 hours.My findings with pasta were a slower peak (around 3 hours) and a couple of days (yes, days) until my levels reverted to my historic usual.
