My googling (I tried diet cwc) says there is a Consiglio Wellness Center in the US, which does a weightloss plan, but it looks like is clientele is fairly limited, so I very much doubt it is that.

There's also Choosing Wisely Canada which seems to be an organisation trying to reduce unnecessary tests and healthcare in Canada?

Finally, there's a Crack the Wellness Code, which looks to be some sort of wellness centre for South Asians in the San Francisco area in the US.

Do you have any other context to the mention of cwc?

(Otherwise I could make something up cauliflower with cheese sounds good, and is very low carb. )
