Greetings @Crazycatlady59 and welcome to this thread for diabetic foodies who like to chat. We're pleased you could join us.A banana, at 6.45. I actually despise food in the mornings, trying as hard as I can to get 3 meals with my working hours and never feeling hungry even if I don't eat all day or next 2. Going to be even harder to eat more calories as well to gain weight
Add my welcome to that @Crazycatlady59. Always good to see someone new on here.Greetings @Crazycatlady59 and welcome to this thread for diabetic foodies who like to chat. We're pleased you could join us.
A change from grey skies and persistent rain certainly @MrsA2. Exercise can lift one's spirits, but it's even more effective when you're outside and bathed in sunshine. So mood lifting to have a sunny day!
Another lovely sunny day spent exploring tiny coves along the Cornish coast.
B: full fat greek with seeds and 1 apricot
Not really lunch : half a rock cake and a glass of Rose wine
Later some cheese
Walk 25 minutes to pub for dinner. Local Gurnard in a very tasty sauce with green veg. 1 glass wine. 1 Scotch. 3 bites hubbys sticky toffee pudding.
Walk back home again
13000 steps, today

i was hungry at about 12.30 so decided t have the very last of the vegetables from the buttered chicken - the veg and gravy had cooked down to a kind of lumpy paste which I thought would spread well on RyVita. It did, and I really enjoyed it. Just had some bacon and eggs with a couple of tomatoes fried in the pan with the bacon.Grey skies with rain and not very warm here. Ah well, we would decide to live in the north west.
Cold chicken for breakfast - remains of the buttered chicken from yesterday.
2nd meal will be bacon and eggs - if I can be bothered.
