No. I think I'll stick to cooked cabbage. I don't like it as coleslaw, which is why I was wanting to ferment it, to soften it. Either briefly cooked or slow cooked will do me fine.Oh dear, there are few things as smelly as off cabbage! Are you going to have another go?
I did, and just caught the post lady arriving to collect from the postbox! I can't get used to not having the Queen on stamps. I'll be doing a bit more tidying today and hopefully do a tip and charity shop run.
