Contact Abbott and you'll likely get a replacement.
Mine fell off as well today, but it was two hours before it would have expired anyway so I'm not bothering Abbott on this one.
Otherwise, I always do, never had a problem getting a replacement.
Unexpected busy day today but checking in now, thanks to your prompt.
Went to bed way too late yesterday after learning I'll be the main (and only) speaker at a low carb group in 3 weeks.
Worse, it's in English. My written English is way better than my spoken English.
Also, the last presentation I gave was at 8 years old, it was about rabbits, especially my own rabbit. So I'm a bit rusty when it comes to presentations.
It'll be just me, no fancy stuff with pictures.
I think I'd like to come in from a LC and T1 angle, but it has to be interesting for T2's and people who choose LC for weightloss, not diabetes as well, chances are I'm the only T1.
So please fire away with ideas on my presentation, and come in with all your random tips and tricks for giving presentations as well.
The things one does for a free meal...
The day started early.
Aqua sessions have resumed after the summer holidays, but I'm still swimming outside every morning. So a cold swim was followed by aquarobics in the warm pool with my friend.
My friend asked if I'd be interesting in painting his garden shed, 15 euros an hour, work when it suits me and the weather.
So after the swimming pool we went to his place to see what the job looked like. I made a list of things I'd need and went off to buy them, he seemed rather happy to not have to supervise me. I'll simply come and go as I see fit and get the job done. Perfect now I haven't found a job yet, and with my holiday in two weeks, job searching will have to wait a bit longer.
I made a start with cleaning and removing spider poop and spider nests from all little corners too.
A couple of people from the wild swimming app I used to swim with until I changed to daily swims closer to home were going for a swim at 4 pm, and their swimming spot is en route on my way back so I joined them. Yes, that's a third swim in one day.
Their canal turned out to be a lot warmer than mine, so we had a wonderful 30 minute swim!
I didn't feel like cooking so I had a pork chop and a slice of lc bread with smoked herring, will make a proper meal again tomorrow.
Two extra dogs to keep me company in bed as well, my friend asked if I wanted to take them for the night after working on his garden shed.
Time to join them and my own two, they're all in bed already.
