Several slices of cold roast lamb plus a couple of banana/oat cookies and a cup of tea.
2nd meal will be a kind of biriyani with the rest of the lamb and chickpea rice.
Today and tomorrow I have to go out - today to get my legs rebandaged and tomorrow to get a filling replaced (it fell out about 3 weeks ago) but the biriyani should be easy enough to make with little effort. By tomorrow I may not be fit to do anything.
EDIT: Lots of things missing from the shopping list in today's shop (while I was getting my legs done) but Neil will try again tomorrow while I am in with the dentist. There's enough there to keep going in any case.
