Hi Angie :)

I use a small packet of Steak Mince. Put it in a bowl with an egg and some salt and pepper and sort of mash it with a fork until it forms a ball. Divide into portions about the size of a snooker ball. Put a splash of olive oil in a frying pan and when it's nice and hot put the flattened burgers in. I fry a few big mushroom slices in the same pan after I've flipped the burgers, put them on the burgers and then top them off with some Emmental or Gruyere. Bob under the grill until bubbling.
Hope this helps :)

Thanks tree-peony, sure sounds tasty.
Will have to give that a try.
Regards
Angie

Just had lunch, I don't ever eat breakfast. Lunch was strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry with full fat Greek yogurt, flax and chia seeds. My absolute favourite meal.

Dinner will probably be an organic chicken breast with lots of steamed veg.

Snacks are sugar free jelly and cream, I have some Cornish clotted cream at the moment, so that and jelly. Filter coffee with cream, as and when. I have a home made banana loaf out the freezer, so maybe a slice of that as well, slathered in real butter. Bliss.

DavideB did you see Hiry Bikers where they made lasagne with leek sheets rather than pasta & no-one notice - will be trying this (without the white sauce thought)
