Breakfast: cheese and spring onion omelette with ketchup
Lunch: almonds and cheddar, fennel tea (back to work today and had lunch late. Pre-lunch 6.9 meh...liver dump?)
Dinner: courgette "spaghetti" in spicy tomato sauce with kidney beans and fake-Parmesan cheese (it didn't really need cheese but I wanted to scan another barcode)
It was nicer than it looks!
Breakfast - bacon and scrambled egg
Lunch - wasn't hungry so 3 of my frozen yogurt ice cube shapes
Dinner - at work, salmon and cucumber, mayo
When home strawberries, cream and 1 square 90% dark choc grated on top

How many calories are you getting through a day Kimbo? Some of your diaries look quite low cal to me. I appreciate you may also be looking for some weight loss.

Well, yes, I am looking for a nice steady weight loss too but focusing more on lchf ( probably higher fat than carbs rather than totally sky high fat !!)I know some days I don't seem to eat that much - two reasons, first I really don't feel so hungry since going lchf, we one, when working 2-8pm I can't always eat much before work! Next two days I'm on 9-5 and 9-3 so evening meal will most likely improve!

lunch-2 lamb and mint burgers in lettuce wraps with cucumber, spring onion, sour cream and little bit of jalapeno chilli relish. Awesome!
