I've used flaxseeds as a binder in savoury dishes before for my vegan pal. 1 tbsp of ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp water = 1 egg.

My food today: B: 2 boiled eggs, bit of Edam. L: veg frittata with salad and goats cheese. D: barbecued pork chop with veg (small piece of corn on the cob, brocoli, onion, chilli, aubergine, red pepper). Snack: bit of chilli chocolate (11g carbs. I don't make a habit of chocolate at all - haven't had any for months - but the MIL gave it to me so I've gradually eaten it but it's gone now, no more). Weight loss continues: now lost 16lb so leapt over the 1 stone barrier. V happy with how things are going.
