I've heard of some mention about low carb flu, but not the trots. Mayb you are sensitive to some other foods you have introduced to your diet? New meds? Increased dosage? Ah maybe the dry roasted peanuts. Shame they are really tasty.Nuts can do this to me - and I do tend to eat more now...
Unfortunately I cannot have much at breakfast, a few dessert spoonfuls and even then I probably shouldn't as I am at my worst insulin resistant in the morning, it is still lactose after all. At other times though I try to limit it to what equates to under 5g net carbs, I like a spoonful just before bed, it helps me sleep betterYou guys and gals that eat Greek yogurt for breakfast - how much do you have? I love it so think maybe I eat too much.....always seem to spike yet I can eat other carbide things and be OK. I do have full fat as it doesn't have the tang of the low fat. Sssoooo creamy and nice.....

I find yog for brekkie spikes me something rotten.
I have zero carb tolerance til my DP subsides. So I just have protein (with maybe a few token veggies) for breakfast.
