It was .................................OMG, I've forgot again. Anyway the name is somewhere back a few posts as someone got it right. Sorry.
Cheesecloth... :)

What DID I eat today, erm that'll be yesterday ....

Breakfast: Percy's pink porridge made with soya milk (one of two sachets in a lucky dip box I bought
Lunch: broth made with soya mince with diced Cheshire cheese stirred thru it
Tea: ready meal of chips, beans and a steaklet made by friend - portion size meant I was OK with carbs
Snacks: couple of lower carb cereal bars, chunk of mild cheddar
Percy's Pink Porridge? You're kidding, right? What is it?

How do you get away with it Sable?
Probs cos diet got me from prediabetic to normal within the year so my body is more tolerant than it would've been had I been classed as diet controlled "diabetic"? If you get what I mean......? And luck ;)

Today, B/L : (in a cafe) salmon, spinach and cheese omelette with a side of mushrooms. Cup of tea with a dash of milk.
D: topping of takeaway pizza (chicken, ham, mushrooms, onion, cheese). 4 squares 90% lindt.

Last night I found it impossible to sleep as I was feeling freezing cold. I sometimes feel cold when in ketosis but nothing like this. I ended up putting on a dress and bringing the baby into the bed for warmth. I wonder if i'm still carrying a bit of my toddler's "slapped cheek" virus.

It was very cold last night, though I had my own experience (over page). Hope you're feeling a bit better today

B: bullet coffee and as it's poverty week (payday on Friday) whatever was in the fridge which was 4 celery sticks with lashings of cream cheese
Mid morning: latte
L: lovely platter of ham, brie, Stilton, coleslaw, chutney, salad, and homemade cheese bread in a cafe, with 2 Americano coffees with cream. Yum! It was all going so well until I spied the most enormous cream scones! Had to buy one, but I have convinced myself it's OK as it had masses of cream in it. Will report my bg later :-)

Been high in morning again 10.1!! I'm hoping it's down to sore throat/ cough again

B mushrooms & cherry tomatoes (2 hr post 7.1 so happy again)
L mushrooms & cheese
D mackerels & salad (first time I've had fish for ages, smells rank tastes okay)
Cup of Bovril

Many thanks Susikav much appreciated, she is healing nicely, stitches out and eating healthy, Wednesday for results :)
Fingers crossed... it'll be a bit of a long week for you love...

And I WILL make the 1 main flax seed bun.....when I have time to get the mill attachment out to grind the flax seeds..... ;)

If you live nearby a Costco, they sell a huge bag of Organic ground flaxseeds for about £5.00. Keep them in the fridge. I bought mine in November and it's just running out now.
