What I eat

That is a fair point, following appetite is usually a good way to do it in my eyes but sometimes we have to keep a delicate balance.

I rely entirely on appetite. I don’t count calories or macronutrients. Although of course I’m broadly aware of the composition of foods that I put into my body, it isn’t a factor in determining what and when I eat. I’m appetite controlled and haven’t gained or lost a pound in over a year. Nature eh? :D

I used to be a werewolf but I am alright nowooooooooh!

No worries at all about using that post as the start @Brunneria as it was derailing a little bit!

It just goes to show that listening to natural signals once you're in tune can work for a fair few people but we've lost it over time which is a crying shame if I'm honest.

Yep. In the context of metabolic syndrome, it’s thought largely that appetite dysregulation is the result of leptin resistance and the glucose-induced insulin/grehlin seesaw are the primary cause. Micronutrient malnutrition also brings about excessive grehlin circulation which makes us hungry in the hope that we will put some decent food into our body instead of junk carbage.
