What is a MEAL?

So, my question really is simple: What is a MEAL?

That must be on the top ten of good questions asked in here!!! I've more or less given up testing pre and post meals because I'm never sure, as I eat so little.

Yes that is a good question. I view anytime I eat as a meal. This stops me from snacking! :)

The main reason type 2 diabetics are told not to test themselves is to save money, since if they were told to do so the NHS would have to pay for the strips.
