What is naturopathic treatment of diabetes? ?

Hello,
I want to start practice in diabetes....... Is there any expert guide me planning diabetes treatment for my patients belong to India. . . I want to include herbal treatment in my portfolio. and yes, result should be cent percent with 100 percent commitment.

I'm no expert but some of us on the forum take supplements such as Bitter Melon, Cinnamon, Gymnema and Chromium Picolinate which are said to help lower blood sugar and/or curb carbohydrate cravings. I haven't been using any of them long enough to know whether they work or not as I want to see what effect LCHF diet and taking Metformin alone has so that I can compare.
