What is Phosphorus 32.8mg

Good afternoon all my friends I have just purchased some Nairns oatcakes to replace my wholemeal bread and it contains
Phosphorus 32.8mg is this OK to eat on a regular basis,thank you:)

Hi,

As @azure says, our bodies need phosphorus, so it is a useful nutrient to have in our diets.
Can you see the little 5% RI underneath the 32.8mg in the Per Oatcake column?

The RI means 'recommended Intake. So one of those oatcakes gives you 5% of your daily recommended intake of Phosphorus, and 15.1% of your daily intake of Manganese.
