There's never really a "too long" to go without within a 24 hour period. I eat lunch (sometimes ) and dinner. So max 2 meals a day.That's a good idea. I normally have bf at 7:30 then lunch about 2pm after gym. I would have to have a snack mid morning otherwise that's too long? Key seems to be when I am at home. Smaller dinners and no carbs snacks (bye bye crisps)![]()
Ultra low carb.. no snacks (I use pork scratchings to replace a meal).
