Type 2 What Is The Best Exercise Regime For A T2 Newbie To Get Weight Down?

That's a good idea. I normally have bf at 7:30 then lunch about 2pm after gym. I would have to have a snack mid morning otherwise that's too long? Key seems to be when I am at home. Smaller dinners and no carbs snacks (bye bye crisps)
There's never really a "too long" to go without within a 24 hour period. I eat lunch (sometimes ) and dinner. So max 2 meals a day.
Ultra low carb.. no snacks (I use pork scratchings to replace a meal).

3 meals a day keeps the doctor way? Each to their own though. Surely it's about keeping blood sugar levels stable and consistent? I am no pro though.

Intermittent Fasting in combination with low carb or keto keeps levels consistently low. (I'm usually between 4.5 and 5.5, these days. I'm on keto, skip breakfast, and 2 days a week I skip lunch too). If you're interested, check Dr. Jason Fung's books, or dietdoctor.com for more information.

Not if they are consistently high though? Fasting is a great way of bringing them down fast.
Have you ever heard of Dr Jason Fung? His results with low carb combined with fasting are pretty amazing.
