I'm using novorapid+levemir for treatment, but im so active to do 4 insulins per day, sometimes i cant even find enough time to do insulin. Since im poor i can't afford an insulin pump so yeah. I have doctor appointment next week but im curious rn.

You'll need insulin before every meal and sometimes corrections as well, no matter what insulins you use.
What are you doing during the day that prevents you from taking 30 seconds to whip out your pen and inject before you eat?

Not necessarily, as a child I was on a single injection of fast and slow insulins in the morning and at night but the regime depended on fixed amounts of food at fixed times of day so not sure it would be any easier. (This was before glucometers were invented so my control would have been much worse than that of today's diabetics.)

I would agree that injecting takes almost no time but doing a blood test before meals is harder work.

@mushed0 what is the health care like in your country? Do you get free diabetic supplies such as continuous glucose monitors? Do workers have any rights to do with health conditions? Unions?

health care is really bad,we only get insulins for free and the other ones are really expensive i can just afford a simple glucometer and thats all, also workers in general doesn't have rights in here

Do you have time to do a blood test before meals? During toilet breaks?

Your doctor is really the best person to consult about this as we can't give medical advice here but we can tell you what has worked for us in our own experiences.

Do you have insulin pens or are you using syringes?
