Hi I have a meeting with my local clinical commissioning group and the community services provider next week to discuss what new service
we can provide to help diabetics manage their condition, I am a member of our local patient participation group and have been banging on
for better support and education for diabetics for some time, now is my chance to make it happen but what would you like to see happen,
peer to peer groups with links to the new social prescription is what I am thinking and education videos one for each topic, but is this the right approach
I would love to know what you think we should try and do.
