What levels do you become hypo aware?

I've lost awareness several times in my life, but regained it after maintaining higher bgs for a while.
3.8 ish is probably right for me now. I have a cgm so get warned by it before I have physical symptoms. (Set at 4.4)

Tends to be random, don't get the shakes until 3.0-3.5, get hypo symptoms when my bg rapidly goes down to the 4-5 range from a high bg, if my eyesight go all weird (similar to being drunk) it can be in the 2-3 range. When I feel the shakes under my skin but can't see it, I put it down as a warning sign but always use my libre to verify.

I start to feel “low” around 4.5 and below especially if I’m already dropping, I have generally good blood sugars though and I’m in range over 70% of the time, I’ve never really lost my hypo awareness but when I went from being 15+ a day to being 6-7 a day my hypo symptoms did start appearing when I was below 10. It’s evened out now though that my sugars are better.

To be honest since I've been using Libre I very rarely get full blown hypos I set my low alarm at 4.1 and as soon as it goes off I treat it as a hypo it gives me a bit of leeway . When I do get a full blown hypo it’s normally about 3.6 ( this normally happens when I turn my alarm off due to the time it takes for Libre to catch up with rising bs after hypo and my old brain forgetting to turn alarm back on )

I also have my alarm set to 4.2 so I can hopefully prevent the low. I feel bad around 3.6 and will start shaking around 3.0. My body will sweat out of every spot at 3.4 below.
Setting the alarm to 4.2 instead of the default 3.9 (if I recall correctly?) has made my lows much easier to manage/prevent. I'd highly recommend the alarm to be set to 4.2 or even 4.4 as your Libre is slightly behind, so your sugars could be a bit lower than it shows if you're crashing.

Happy to see other people also having similar alarm settings! :)
