Hi, Id like to lose some weight and work out on gym. So what should I do first? I had meeting with my GP but forgot to ask about that. Any advices what exercises should I do and what to eat or what not to eat? Im begineer.
Well I really don't know what's going on with me. I lift 5 days a week doing 2 a days and also cardio on my climberhttp://jonsguide.org/best-top-maxi-climber-reviews/ I'm eating healthy , couple small healthy meals a day, then for supper I eat a small serving. I can see my muscles getting more toned and I see a difference in my mid section but my question is why am I still gaining weight? I barely get sore anymore and I'm doing everything right. To my knowledge you lose fat then gain muscle, But I always see the scale getting higher and higher in weight. I'm in great shape.
