7. before bed and 7.2 this morning but only had around 4 hours sleep then went back bed at 7.30 and woke again at 10.30 and had a full cooked breakfast . Haven't had any party foods apart from dark chocolate which i always treat myself to so putting the higher reading this morning down to lack of sleep .
