You may think that's great only problem is when in the low 4's I do not feel right and I do not enjoy it.

And 2 hours after breakfast I was back down to 4.1 again.

If you take into account the possible error on the meter it could even be down in the mid 3's.

12.9 at 23.50 yesterday (pea, sweet corn and lettuce stew for dinner - only about 25-30 carbs)
6.3 at 05.30 today
Had more pea stew for breakfast - because it was there and ready to heat up and by 09.00 it was 12.7, and still the same at 10.45 - maybe there's more to this pea stew than I thought.
