4.78 m moles/l == 86 mg/dl FBG very early this morning.

11.2 at 2400 yesterday
8.5 at 0600 today - but it was 12.9 by 0930 after just 1 cup of tea. I don't understand it.

9.7 at 2030 yesterday - early reading because I went to bed very early. That was after salad and cold meat, and insulin, at 1900.
9.4 at 0715 today - then 12.2 at 0915 on one cup of tea.
Does anyone else have this issue - rising BS levels on no food? The longer I leave it before breakfast, the higher the reading goes.

Yes I blame a liver dump where the liver dumps glucose into our blood stream! Its frustrating. I get it and different times during the day
