9.7 at 2030 yesterday - early reading because I went to bed very early. That was after salad and cold meat, and insulin, at 1900.
9.4 at 0715 today - then 12.2 at 0915 on one cup of tea.
Does anyone else have this issue - rising BS levels on no food? The longer I leave it before breakfast, the higher the reading goes.

Yes I blame a liver dump where the liver dumps glucose into our blood stream! Its frustrating. I get it and different times during the day
