What was your Blood Glucose After Lunch(2 hours)

And what was your glucose level just before you ate that lunch?

Those figures in isolation won'r tell you very much, but keeping a food diary and recording your pre and post meal glucose levels will provide you with much more useful information. Checking immediately before you eat and 2 hours after will tell you how you're responding to a particular food or combinations of food, so start by watching for patterns/trends and don't worry too much about individual results initially - particularly other peoples! :wideyed:
