Those figures in isolation won'r tell you very much, but keeping a food diary and recording your pre and post meal glucose levels will provide you with much more useful information. Checking immediately before you eat and 2 hours after will tell you how you're responding to a particular food or combinations of food, so start by watching for patterns/trends and don't worry too much about individual results initially - particularly other peoples!
