If anyone doubts the sinister motives of big pharma companies i.e. profit before patients have a look at the following link
www.theweek.co.uk/us/46535/when-half-million-americans-died-and-nobody-noticed...this link is one of hundreds & was picked at random it happens and we have to be on guard...the statin debate is another issue that needs to be considered very carefully & patients are right to query the need for statins & the benefits before deciding whether or not to take it...we should be & need to be involved in discussions about our care & treatments fully informed is fully protected.

Ah - so that's why coffee that you buy out is quite often not as good as it should be. Perhaps your Coffee Bike friend could come to Norfolk and give us the benefit of his expertise.
That's a long way to peddle, may take him a day or two he will also have to plan a rout with zero C19 casualties, don't hold your breath. I have to say though his coffee is good even if a tad expensive.

Oh poor little girl. Thank goodness you were quick off the mark that should help. I hope she will respond quickly and be able to eat some soft food. Hugs to you, Lola and Charlie.

Just seen your news...really exciting and understand the urgency to organise stuff. Try your best not to get too stressed. Hope you get a little nap to make up for the lack of sleep. I often cant sleep if something big is going on. Take things gently.

Thanks PM just taking my nurses hat off first dose of pain killer given its an oral suspension so straight in the mouth with the syringe...her little face when she tasted it...you'd think they could make it mouse flavoured at least!

Lol she may not have tasted any mouse yet!! Hope she improves soon.

Greetings from milepost 6.9 back at the headwaters of Six Rivers Falls. I don't know what the 6.9 indicates, or what any FBG number indicates, considering that the doctors who tell us to check FBG are the same people who tell us to eat MCMF -- ModCarbs ModFats.

I wonder what kids' diets have been like in the UK for the past generation or so? The little I've observed of US kids' eating habits is mostly a diet of macaroni&cheese accompanied by battered chicken nuggets and "juice" -- more sugar than fruit (and that sugary in itself) served in Sippy Cups from weaning-age on. They go from pacifiers to Sippy Cups hanging out of their mouths -- at least they're not given sugar t i t s anymore, unlike the old days.
(And here I am with my low-for-me 6.9 this morning after a supper of chicken-and-croissant sandwiches! )

and BIG Pharma DO have skin in this game, do we really believe they wouldn't embellish or scare people into taking a given med for their own profit...i don't personally.

They certainly do here. Are UK TV viewers bombarded with commercials from the Big Pharm drug dealers?

Exciting times but completely empathise. 3.00 am skirting board, door and door furniture choice/ordering dilemma here. Hope it all goes well.

I hope it does for you too.

Are you and Julie planning to get two girl puppies, or two boys, or one of each? I especially liked that butterscotch-colored one with the Springer-like coat.

Hugs to you both. Could it be from some sap on the leafy twigs she has been bringing in? I hope the painkillers have started to work right away. Poor little baby. She and Charlie are so fortunate to have you.

@SaskiaKC so pleased for you and the imminent move. I hope it’s a good, excited sort of stress that’s stopping you sleeping though.

Thank you. I think it is; I dreamed I was trying to hand in my Notice To Vacate here and couldn't find it among a lot of other papers! lol
I'm glad Dennis had a full recovery, bag snatching and all!
I hope the day that you had to get up so early for is going well, and will give you opportunities for rest and sleep at some point.
