What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Ezzy says he would be more than happy to oblige......as soon as this blasted virus is out of the equation. He has previously driven to London and back in a day, taking our daughter for her grade 8 exam at the royal college of music (that's another heartwarming story!) So no sweat on that front (maybe a little sweat from hazmat though!). Have your order ready.....

April Fool and living up to my name. Went a Muddy Cycle ride 1 hour, the red mist came down and I decided to tackle a rocky trail, need to keep in practise. Then the responsible me clicked in, I had not seen a soul and at the last minute as I approached the rocks at great speed decided it was safer to miss them, result deep mud. Big bike clean then shower.

But it was fun!

I follow planes.
I live near Hawarden and they often fly over me.. so me curious.

Downloaded this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pinkfroot.planefinder

I have the same app on Apple.

I paid for the full version. Worth it in my view. I might be tracking them half the day!!!!

Many are unidentified or there is no flight path indicated.

I turned it on a few minutes ago.

And there were three which what appeared like helicopters.
So took a screenshot for you.

Hug for you and Julie.
Stay well

@jjraak this is riveting
It went up to Blackpool and the helicopter circled a glider and it obviously has instructions to follow them

And the glider followed the helicopter to Southport Formby area where it must have landed there.

And the helicopter is coming back south again. I wonder what the story was there...

@gennepher I know you're not keen on Amazon but it's a great place to get cat supplies...last week I got a hhuge pack of cat food and two large bags of litter...all delivered the next day if you can't source what you want locally give them a try.

Morning...went to bed very late around 3am not up until after 9am had a good sleep...about to take FBG & temperature then the phone rang family member before I realised we'd been chatting for an hour...so no measurements taken...cats fed & outside thank goodness they're now brave enough to stay out with the door closed it's freezing here...take care everyone & keep safe.

I wonder what the story was there...

Having flown that route many times given what you're seeing I'd say the glider breached the low fly corridor (too high). The corridor is the only stretch where private pilots can fly very low, it ensures that commercial air traffic into Manchester isn't threatened by some numpty in a microlight (or glider). I'm guessing that's what you were watching as it happens quite a lot.

I've flown over your location a few times too, Hawarden was always pleasant and had to have an emergency divert to there in a bad storm.

I could never sew. Even now if a button drops off Im straight around to the taylor!

Edit: aka taylor = Eric he has far more patience than me!

6.50am FBG 5.4
That would be the late dinner and very late chocolate.
@gennepher loved the seed video, thank you for posting it. Keep yourself and Popeye safe.
Either get well or stay well people.
Thank you @SlimLizzy

I have discovered that the supermarket veg is mostly top and tailed, so no roots left on veg, so I need a proper fruit and veg shop!

Giving our house a facelift whilst indoors. Brousing new art. Eric took a fancy to this yesterday. We both love it but it would be for my music room and I cant bear to part with the pictures I have up!

No dogs as yet, Burt then I doubt too many have pushed them out yet. Dread to think that being possible. But on the bright side, Lauren will be out, adopting one or two, at least .. Hope not too many go feral.
I live near massive woodlands @jjraak where people move here to especially to take the dog walks. In my road, about 13 houses, there are 13 dogs, one house has 4dogs. It is like that density of dogs in this entire area...
