Good fbg but a funny rating for the cogent explanation of processed doomsday food.A windy and slightly damp start here but temperatures set to rise for the next few days. Bg was 5.0 @ 6.00 am so I am grateful for that. Some other markers seem to have felt the need to realign themselves otherwise than I would want just to keep me interested. I ate a very definitely ultra-processed (but very LC) item of food yesterday which according to the latest research may well have set my personal Doomsday Clock too close to midnight. I won't be following the big debate over why cheese is not ultra-processed when salami is as there are lawns to cut and cricket to watch. Maybe Bob Mueller can exonerate salami.
@Shas3 enjoy Ascension day and @True Blue enjoy TMS - the cyber bantz on BBC sport website can be good as well.
Meant to add:
@gennepher sorry you are still feeling bad, have a restful day, could you make a flask of tea and keep it next to you, with a supply of chocolate of course!
Have a good Thursday everyone. Stay well, stay safe.
The walk along the sea front to the town is like wandering up the yellow brick road; except of course it’s not yellow, nor made of bricks and it is a path - anyway, there is, as my granny used to say, a view around every corner. There may also be a wizard at the end as we heard “See My Baby Jive” blaring out of a tapas bar as we walked past.
Playa Flamingo is one of a very few places with sand on this volcanic wasteland. Green things mainly seem to exist in gardens and even then most of them bite you if you wander near and the ground is beneath your feet, the ground remains of the last time the volcano decided to get all petulant and moody.
Anyhow, Playa Flamingo; after a careful 20 milli second scan of the sandy paradise, Little Miss Pamplemousse declared, “I can’t see the Flaminogos. Where are they? Flamingos are pink, I should be able to see the Flamingos. I can’t see them anywhere.”
So, we settled upon hunting for the DoDo to the sound of The Walrus and The Carpenter and a creature hunt amongst the rocks at the end of the beach. Chaos and Mayhem currently detest any situation where sand meets flesh, and are not backwards in in voicing protests, so the swimming shoes that they were wearing remained firmly on their feet.
“Tea” .....”hot”..... “tea”....hot”.
“Do you like tea?”
“Yeh!”
The twins have taken a liking to tea - Mrs Miggins has lots of tea, Yorkshire, decaf.
They don’t mind sharing so you do get to drink some of it yourself; but you must share - and “me next”, “Alice next” instructions must be followed.
It’s a good game once you get used to a small hand testing the temperature of the tea mug every nano second to the word “hot” until it cools down enough.
Have a great day if you can.

They will both heal with all the love they are surrounded with I have no doubt. How is your daughter and son in law? How is the other dog also?5.7 for me this morning before I forget to post. Thought it’d be higher after an unrestful night. Both granddaughters staying over little one’s face with the puncture holes from the dog bite makes me sad to look at. The 8 yo has trouble sleeping as she gets terrible nightmares, consequently she’s now afraid to go to sleep. We were all cuddled in together but its squshed and not particularly restful. I’m constantly expecting her to wake up terrified.
He is....27years old.@gennepher happy birthday to Popeye from me Bobs and Daisy. I love the black heart shape on his nose. Do you know how old he is?
@jjraak you have serious competition as the thread raconteur on tour plus @dunelm , clearly being a seasoned politico, has included cute granddaughters. Now, all we need is a snap of his kitchen with many ovens and one of him jogging and he is good to go for "the big one"The walk along the sea front to the town is like wandering up the yellow brick road; except of course it’s not yellow, nor made of bricks and it is a path - anyway, there is, as my granny used to say, a view around every bend. There may also be a wizard at the end as we heard “See My Baby Jive” blaring out of a tapas bar as we walked past.
Edit: forgot the number bit - a silky smooth 5.0 on the wonder wheel.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and a big apology for my temporary absence from this thread ( other Fred's are available ). I would like to take this opportunity to dispell the rumours ( other Fleetwood Mac records available ) circulating.
1. I was not on a book signing tour for my latest publication " BBQ recipe's for next doors noisy pet "
2. The pet picture posters hit man did not get me, in fact he went orf with a signed copy of my book.
3. I was not a guest of HMP Belmarsh.
Well as for my readings, my meter behaved itself, but on the other hand I did not at times, this morning I was greeted with a middle aged 6.5 My readings while absent were between 4.5 and 9.0 still below the 10 number.
Today folks my mobile communicator will be red red hot as my pals chaos and mayhem and the rest of me's catch up on scheme's.
Enjoy yourselves, remember it could be worse you might be my neighbour.
Thank you, they are a joy to be with - until of course they decide to protest loudly about some trivial topic like getting in a pram or going to bed. They are so sweet and beautiful.

Definitely not Gum and Gummer then. Have the Ostrich or Buffalo burgers we feed our striplings been implicated in #BSEgate? Is mad Ostrich disease a thing yet? One finds keeping on trend with food news so tiresome. At least Moore's law gives an 18 month to 2 year period to adjust. Will the good men and true of your UK neck of the woods be banned from chanting Huawei the lads? All so very vexatious on the spirit don't you find?I wanted a photo of them tasting a burger to disprove rumours of BSE but they ran off laughing.
