What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Crikey! First attempt that's just brilliant, I bet you had lessons in your long life from Leonardo himself, talent indeed we had better all brush up our skills. Shame about the Panda.

Thank you, I have done two painting this afternoon, will post them but not sure I like them.

That rock face is just fantastic, hillsides and now rocks, you certainly are the master of these features in the landscape.

So here are the two A5 paintings based on the sketches, not sure about them although they looked OK in the gold frames I had spare, may do something different for these frames, I will live with them a bit see if they grow on me.

Love it. Quite like Breckland so no emotional attachment just pleasure of fantastic art.
Problem is I felt fed up today so eat 2 pieces of chocolate (90% cocola) and 2 gin and tonics which isn't helping.
Hug. I don't think I've ever felt so fed up that I could do that to myself - you must be made of granite. A little weight loss will be a cinch after that ordeal.

Thank you. I need to regain my self control and determination, MILs bungalow sort out isn't helping, resolve now firmly in place, honest.

You'll do it. Just take it steady. It has taken me five years to get to where I am now and more importantly maintain. There will be ups and downs before your body finds its "new normal." This is an interesting tool - quite a wide range of weights - why 11S 10 / 74.4 kgs if you don't mind me asking?

Very kind of you, I haven't really done any sketching/painting since I left school. I did an art 'A' level but mostly it went into web design and tech drawing, although I did do some plant illustrations in Indian inks and watercolours for a friend 40 years back

Leonardo? More likely to be DiCaprio than Da Vinci

Thank you @geefull for my painting compliment.

Some of those watercolor pencils are not really very good at all.

I like today's painting very much, and you have a brilliant way of doing rocks. I would love to have a wander round there...

Breakfast CWC
CWC
Lunch; ham, cucumber, coleslaw, radish. Low Carb bread.
Half a peach
Water and tea, sneaky glass of wine.
Dinner: chicken thigh, ratatouille, carrot, beans and mangetout, one small piece of potato. Glass of wine
Later bacon melt and more wine. .
Water and more water.
Common sense prevails at last
MrSlim fixed the mower, i cut the grass, high level. MrSlim did strimming, then onto derelict cider press building. Now irrepairable, time to demolish. We ate outside, after I cleaned garden furniture (was on the list, but didn't get done.)
Cats had a spat, mine was cool, neighbours agitated at losing feeding rights. But gave up and left with no actual violence taking place. Phew.
Goodnight all

You have mine too. Lost 5lbs have 3 to go and they won't budge, I want to be 11stone 10lbs or less. Problem is I felt fed up today so eat 2 pieces of chocolate (90% cocola) and 2 gin and tonics which isn't helping.
5lbs is excellent - but it is frustrating when you get stuck. 2 gin and tonics and two pieces of 90% was really quite restrained.

Very, very late on parade.

So Monday.

My self proclaimed resurrection day.

threw off the lethargy,..and monday

Hit the GYM
Pre booked and pretty empty.
All wipes, sprays, towelling & hand sanitizer
In plentiful supply at several location

After a few months being rather lazy,
My fitness tracker finally gets put through its paces.
Not a bad start back, and it felt good, that it felt GOOD.

Also had a badly needed hair cut.
Barbers masked up.
Felt safe ,
And now feel more like ..err me.

Pray for me...

Sounds as though you had a good day @jjraak
Our local gym/ice rink/sports centre got made into a rainbow hospital which never got used, so no sports centre here any more.
Take care
Have a good day.

And THAT.. is the real life quality that art work is reflecting.

Attenborough must have 90+% of his footage shot waiting for something to turn up.

And a few will know that old joke about what pandas do once they've eaten, so not surprising it left..lol

Not a bad effort.
Like the aged paper look.
